Not long enough for halter top but can be tied into crop top ! Or you can use the material for alterations on another garment ! No tags but perfect condition, I saw no discernible defects, there were a couple loose threads but that's fairly normal on most fabrics Measurements flat: Length about 51.5inch Width about 13inch I was just given an entire bag of scarves, I'm selling this one because I know I can't keep all of them haha
