Inside zip closure and the iconic Medusa charm in gold. Crafted in Italy. Box not in perfect condition; boots have a couple of small rubbed areas from box pictured in photos; one area seems to be from Medusa rubbing against leather. These are only visible upon close inspection. Also, there is a ripple in the leather on the bottom sole of one boot at the toe area but is not visible while wearing or affects the feel of the boot - see photos. Includes authenticity paperwork and dust bag.
