Vintage 1990s Gianni Versace Couture metal Medusa/Screw buttons. All 4 are 1” in diameter. These are very rare as Gianni Versace Couture used the screw before the Medusa and these 4 buttons comprise both motifs within 1 style. Typically these buttons were used as the top button for silk blouses and also on leather jackets.
