They are a very very light prescription for those who are near sighted and make viewing things in the distance very clear. Also note one of the Medusa heads has fallen off. These are still super stylish, I would suggest removing the other Medusa if you cannot find a replacement. Metal frame glasses. These actually cost me around $700 because of the prescription lens change. They are real Versace glasses that were around $250-$300 new if I recall and then I paid additional for the prescription (which actually no longer suits my vision sadly).
