Veronica M tie neck stretch blouse

Beautiful greens and blues on black background. Super stretchy fabric. Full puffy sleeves that end in a long fitted cuff. Only worn twice. Loved this blouse but at 5" 3" tall, the V neck is just too low and I found myself pulling it up. Really is a stunning blouse!
