The fitted part of the waist is aprox 32-1/2", bust is aprox 40-1/2" but it has pleats, so hard to give an exact measurement. Sleeves are hard to say also since it's a drop shoulder seam. The fabric is quality stretchy poplin. I have this blouse myself in a size 10 and it's my favorite VB piece ever, other than the blazers. I think it's a very flattering garment on. Hope this helps...
