Vero Moda Creamsicle Striped Puff Sleeve Dress

Super cute and kind of retro-inspired very stretchy and soft knit striped ruffle mini dress. The stripes are white and creamsicle (orangey yellow). Not sure if it's supposed to be off the shoulder or not. No tags but I never wore it out. No idea where I bought it.
