Vero Moda Classic Navy & Light Blue Flare Leg Trousers Dress Pants Size Med

Very nice pair of trousers by Vero Moda. Navy blue with a light blue trim on front of waist. 2 front pockets & 2 faux pockets on the back. Soft & have some stretch. Flared. Zipper, hook, & button closure. These pants are NWT but the tags are in a different language. From waist measurement these seem to be a medium (see measurements). I also do not know the fabric content. They came with a belt but it wasn't in good condition. There is a tiny spot on waist (see pics) that will probably come out when washed.
