Vermeil Ice Blue CZ Studs Goldplated Sterling

Only worn a few times. Very nice condition. These have markings on them but my jewelers loop isn’t strong enough for me to read. I think they are gold plated sterling silver. They have silver earring back. Earring back aren’t marked. These are an ice blue color. They look purple in photos. Since it’s an icy blue I don’t think they are aquamarine. Don’t think it’s blue topaz. The color has no aqua in it.
