This is the Verizon Fios Router NOT the extender. They are two different Verizon for this model. it's very simple to connect the device to your service. There are few normal stains for sitting in one spot. however, I can clean the device before I send the item out. it's pet free and smoke free environment. Unfortunately, I do not have the box to this device anymore, since I had purchased this a long time ago. It still perfectly find but found a better router. it ONLY comes with a power cord, it doesn't come with anything else. however, I can print out the instructions for you to help install the Device.
