Vera Bradley Ball Point Pen in "Playful Penguins Red" NIB

Never used and still sealed in original box. Ball point pen in design "Playful Penguins Red." Since the pen is still in the packaging, I have not been able to test and make sure the ink in the pen is still in perfect working order. I can only guess that it is, but I am not 100% certain (just wanted to be clear on that).
