Venus striped black sleeveless maxi dress with open back and cutout waist EUC

Fun and casual Venus maxi dress. Has a white and black striped top with a scooped v-neckline. Sleeveless style with an open back and side cutouts. Looks like a 2 piece outfit from the back and a maxi dress with side cutouts from the front. Skirt part is solid black. The top is lined and the waist is elasticized for a good fit. Measures about 18” p2p. Excellent used condition.
