The size tag has been cut but it is an XS. Cotton blend material with black elastic across the back. Elastic does unhook for adjustability. This dress has been well loved but has life left for casual summer/beach wear! The fabric is soft as worn cotton is, and the elastic has some slight rippling as shown in pictures.
