holnx003 @tiffineyg1908 medium skirt is waist lying flat is 14.5 inches length is 23 inches at shortest point in front and 27 inches at longest point in back. The top length is 15 inches and pit to pit is 16.5 inches. Material is stretchy

holnx003 @tiffineyg1908 I am an extra small but had a mastectomy last august and lost a bunch of weight (not intended) so the XS fit but. The small actually fit me better. So I’d go with your normal size
