Venus Blue Sweater Dress with Lace-Up Sleeves Size S

This dress has been tailored from its original form. The current fit is bodycon. It would fit approximately women's dress size 4 -6. Fabric is stretchy. There is some pilling on the dress but there are no defects and it is in very good condition. The sides of the sleeves have a slit down the middle and there are visible openings. It's tied together by a beige knitted fabric and ties into a bow at the end of the sleeve.
