This duster by Venus is so stunning in person! It has a row of hook and eye closures at the waist, long ties to create a fitted waist and an extreme high-low hem. Top has long sleeves with buttoned cuffs and ruffled details at the waist. Top is a poly/spandex blend with lots of stretch, print is black/white striped with pink/colorful floral details. There is one hook at the waist that is slightly loose and bent (may be able to bend back and reinforce or you could just replace it entirely). Duster is in otherwise excellent condition!
