Velvet long sleeve flare top and high waisted bell bottom pants set size 4/5

Velvet long sleeve flare top and bell bottom pants size 4/5, new condition took tags off but my daughter never wore this. Size tag says 120 which converts to 5/6 , but it runs smaller more accurate is 4/5, double check measurements
