Velvet dress from Francesca’s!

This dress is a piece from Francesca’s collection. It is a velvet dress with beautiful rose embroidery. The straps on the dress include spaghetti straps that sit on top of your shoulders, and a thicker strap that sits off the shoulder. It is a size medium but could fit someone who may debate between large and medium when it comes to dresses. Preferably would fit someone better with a larger chest.
