Velvet by Graham and Spencer dress in black. Size XS. Blouson style top. Sleeveless with dropped armholes (see measurements below). Cinching at sides below the hips. Has some stretch. Pre-owned, very good used condition- flawless except for some wear to fabric on sides of thighs/hips (see last photo). The perfect little black dress! All measurements are approximate, not exact.
