Velvet Torch Mock Neck Fit and Flare Dress Medium NWT

Velvet Torch fit and flare dress. Tag says black but its textured black and white fabric so I think makes it more gray than black. Mock neck, long sleeves. Back zipper closure. Women's size medium, but it didn't fit on my size 4 mannequin so it runs small. New with tags. Measurements pit to pit 16 inches waist 13 inches across shoulder to hem 33.5 inches
