Velvet Suede Skirt

This skirt is so velvetly soft, you could make a teddy bear out of it. And it catches the light beautifully, giving it a rich look. It's fully lined, has a back zip, and has some stretch to it. The blue silk blouse doesn't come with it, but it is also in my closet. I just wanted to show how nicely the skirt went with blue. And I'm quirky about the mannequins being half-dressed!
