💎 Velvet & Rhinestone Mini Dress 🌀

Stunning!!! Vibrant vintage pattern. Great details. Stretchy velvet material. Fully lined. Deep-V front and crisscross open back. Approximately 13" across band of rhinestones while laying flat. This is the only part of the dress that doesn't stretch. Depending on your torso length this will hit at or below under bust. (I'm short so it hit me a little lower on ribcage when I wore it.) Any other specific measurements upon request, but marked XS and would fit a size 0-4 depending on bust size 😉.
