Velvet M sequenced stand up ribbon collar dress

Velvet black dress. Sleeveless. Lovely ribbon stand up collar with sequins and pearls. That also goes across one shoulder. Vintage. The hook is broken but it’s zips in the back and the zipper is fine this is a lovely very unique dress. There is no name brand or size tag. I believe it to be a medium. Armpit to armpit 18 inches. Length 36 inches. Christmas. T5
