Velvet Embroidered Peasant Long Sleeve Blouse Whimsigoth Boho Top Shirt Size S

This top measures about 19” pit to pit and 25.5” long. It has that peasant top style so it is a bit oversized around the waist. It does have a “line” around the middle by the waist and this dotted pattern on the left side as shown in photos. It’s like something sat there and left marks. I didn’t notice it until I laid it flat to measure. The embroidery is a cross stitch pattern.
