Velvet Corset Top

Red velvet long shirred sleeve top with a black velvet corset accent. It zips up the back so it's not a functional corset. Likely Polyester. I'm almost sure this is originally a Halloween costume top. It fits the small size mannequin pretty well, except in the bust. It does have some stretch to it though.
