This piece is stunning, excellent condition and quality. Wide sleeves, velvet floral cutouts. No size or brand tag. I wear a medium and this can fit up to a large. PTP 21.5” Sleeve opening is 10” and runs the whole sleeve. Length is 25” plus 8” bottom tassel. Sleeve from armpit to wrist is 15” so mid sleeve. Velvet is a pretty blue gray color and black sheer mesh.
