Velvet Blue Tank

I seriously wish that l could accurately describe the material of this shirt. It is the softest material I have ever felt in clothing. I put velvet in the title because that is the closest thing I can think of but it is SO soft. It’s in great condition! There is a lining on the inside as pictured.
