This jacket fabric has a touch of floor, but very low nap feel to it. I wore this as a substitute teacher with dressy jeans. This is from a no smoking home from the collar seem in back to the hem in back it is 23 inches in length. The sleeves from the shoulder seam to the ham measure 23 inches also. At the bottom of each sleeve, there is a one and a half inch split detail There is a detail that looks like pockets, but it is just for looks. They are not pockets. The shelf fabric is 75% cotton 23% polyester and 2% spandex were they 100% polyester lining
