Brand new without tags. This twist on the little black dress is just perfect. Thin straps with cris cross straps in the back. Also fabulous net and chain detailing along the bottom of the dress. A true and unique show stopper. Brand new never wore but does not have tags. Avon clothing does not come with tags they come wrapped in plastic.
