Vantage Handmade Polk-a-dot skirt

This adorable high-waisted vintage style skirt is grey with black polk-a-dots. the bottom edge is pleated to create ruffles. 13 inches wide at the waist when laid flat, 27 inch overall length. The 7 inch back zipper includes a clasp at the top for secure closure. Skirt has a soft purple lining. Appears to be hand made, no tag or size information. Used- Great Condition.
