Vans slip on shoes (marshmallow-turtle dove)

Never worn before van’s shoes - gray plaid with floral decor. (Marshmellow-turtle dove) it’s a 5.5 men’s shoe size - 7 in women’s!!! Bought this a few years back and thought it was 5.5 in women’s. Couldn’t return it and never worn it!
