Worn a handful of times but my heels hate these so I'm giving up. The sock liner material rips if you look at it the wrong way, hence the moleskin heel pads. Grip is excellent and these can 100% handle light to moderate hiking. Fit is on the snug side - I'm a solid women's 9 and these fit TTS.
