This is a 2022 model with a nice rounded heel and non-peaked ankle back. The soles look super grippy and textured for all your hiking adventures. These seem to run a little smaller than the typical Vans sneakers. It is a true and close fit of the size 5.5 with a fairly narrow tow box - I wouldn’t recommend these if you wear a 5.5 and have a wide foot.
