Vans Mens Size 4

Disclaimer- These shoes have only been worn no more than 3x. I do not know how to clean the outside. The bottom of the shoes look new but not sure why the outside became more used. It appears more used but the inside and bottoms are basically new. size- men 4 women 5.5
