Vans Gray Hoodie "Halter" Top (sz M)

Super unique Vans hoodie tank top. Gray in color, with silver throughout the material (see photo). Has three buttons on the front & an adjustable drawstring. Been worn a couple of times, but no signs of wear. Marked as a medium, but fits more like a small.
