Vanity Ruffle Top

GUC scoop neck, open lace back blouse with a single layer ruffle down each side of front. There is a very thin elastic strip that goes all the way around the waist that’s suppose to give it a more fitted look but it was still loose on me. The floral lace design in back is a nice touch, overall a very nice piece. There’s zero signs of damage & minimal signs of wear.
