Vanité Couture Pleated Top/Cardigan/Button-up Blouse - Blue/Navy and white

Bought this from a funky little boutique about 2 years ago. Worn very gently so in excellent condition. No stains, rips, etc. Blue/Navy and white cardigan blouse with large white circle patterned fabric. Three-quarter length sleeves. Fabric is accordion-style when stretched, but swings really nicely and flattering. I think it is a "one size fits most" because of the way the fabric opens, but I would say the size is medium-large. 92% Polyester, 8% Spandex Made in Hong Kong
