Vance Kitira Tapered Ceramic Glazed Vase, 10 1/2” H x 4” W top, 2 3/4” bottom

Rustic matte brown, rough hand glazed finish.In excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Signed on bottom “Vance Kitira” and “Made in Thailand”. This 10 1/2” tall piece has a 4”X4” top opening that tapers down to a 2 3/4” X 2 3/4” base. It’s a matte brown glaze that is drizzled or poured over a deep rust colored base coat. Both colors are visible on purpose. Rough yet refined. Vance was a forester, inspired by nature, and a native of Thailand. This influence can be seen in his ceramics, pottery, and candle collections. Wonderful rustic piece for flowers, or bamboo shoots, something exotic or simple. Always an unexpected, unusual piece to dress up or down as you like.
