Van Eli light blue buckled heels brown detailing

Baby blue heels with buckles and brown detailing by Van Eli. Short heel (~1.5in), perfect for summer! In good condition, has some wear but all in areas that would be covered while worn (see small dent and stains on the inside and tiny chip in the edge of the wooden heel of left foot).
