Van Dell I Pink Tourmaline 14K Gold Filled Necklace I October Birthstone

A pretty 14K gold-filled pink tourmaline (?) necklace for an October birthday. I am 99% sure this is a Van Dell & have categorized it as such. Unfortunately, I could not capture V.D. hallmark/stamp (last photo). It has the tell-tale Van Dell leaf design & it was in same lot of other Van Dell pieces in my closet from store closure. So unfortunately, I can only guess on the make & gem. The spring ring in photo 7 reads "1/20 14K GF". Shows tarnish/wear. Measurements, photos 4-5. Comes in box shown.
