Valleygirl Black & White Polka Dot Faux Wrap Mini Dress w/ Flutter Sleeves

Adorable black and white spotted wrap dress with a V-neckline and short, fluttery sleeves. The dress features a faux-wrap design with a ruffled detail at the waist. Sheer outer layer and silky smooth black lining. I had a seamstress add a few stitches in the bust area so it would be appropriate for work as I have a full D cup. Length hits around 3" above knee (5'4") and size says S-M, but it feels more medium than small.
