Valentino vintage Coat & Skirt Houndstooth Set

Elegant navy and cream vintage houndstooth Valentino coat and skirt set. From late 1980s, made in Italy. Excellent condition. Coat has navy and gold buttons, attached belt, and lined in navy silk. Wool and silk blend. Skirt is high waisted with kick pleats at hem and back zipper closure. Jacket is tagged as IT46 but runs much smaller (see measurements). Skirt is tagged as US 8, runs more like size 6. Coat P2P 17 in, shoulder to shoulder 16 in, length 40 in, belt is adjustable. Skirt waist is 13.5 in, hip 16.5 in, length 20 in. No stretch. Amazing set!
