Crepe fabric, unaltered and is professionally washed. Perfect for adding sleeves, capes, over layers, etc. super stretchy, thick, soft, luxurious feeling and comfortable!!! I can add more pics if needed! It’s just in a bag at the back on my closet. Size US 14 but can certainly get altered down to a US 2 with how simple it is. Maybe the dress could be color treated or spot treated? Hair could also cover it! Dark spots are on the very end of the train, if you really want to get rid of them, you could always have them cut off in tailoring :)
