Vacaville frame with neck piece, forks, Handlebars

Looking for someone in Vacaville who wants a frame with the neck piece, forks, Handlebars, seat ( working on a seat atm ) . The price will range a bit most likely for the fact it may or may not have rims. One of the rims is specialized but not sure what brand. The frame is said to be specialized as well yet I do not know. There is one other frame that is being painted that is a fairly good brand. Pictures will be posted later. Pretty much just contact me if you have any interest to see options
