Mohair wool is shorn from the Angora goat and is a hollow fibre. This means it warms when in contact with body heat, so these throws are ideal for cold nights. One of the key distinguishing features of a Mohair blanket is its softness and sheen; they are so soft to the touch and are considered one of the most luxurious fibres.
