VTG Y2K Talbots Black Floral Silk Chiffo 1930s Style Bias Cut Dress S Size 4

A beautiful 1930s style bias cut dress from the late 90s or early 2000s! This lovely dress is made from sheer black silk chiffon with a large blue and purple floral print. It is fully lined with lightweight black polyester. The dress is sleeveless and has a lightly high waistline and a slim midi skirt with a lovely drape. Hidden side zipper closure. A couple little minor pulls. I noticed a faint p*rfum* (or perhaps h*irspr*y?) smell when I steamed it. Shown on a size extra small dress form that measures 34" - 24" - 35"
