VTG Y2K Patrizia Pepe Firenze Embroidered Mini Dress

Very rare, unique vintage piece from Patrizia Pepe, an Italian brand I adore. Purchased in the late 90s and loved, but I don’t reach for it anymore. Black linen mini shift dress with wedge neckline, gorgeous embroidery and beading detail. There’s shirring around the ruffles that surround the embroidery. Side zip under armpit. Very short dress! I am about 5’4” and it hits me a couple of inches below the butt. Slightly sheer. Looks great with opaque tights and gogo boots, over skinny jeans, bare legs with flats - it’s really versatile, flattering and a unique take on the lbd. Preloved, gently worn great condition. I wore this dress a bunch but it was well cared for. Some loose threading at the top of neckline, and faint deodorant spots around the armpits which could probably be removed. No other flaws. Material tag removed, but it’s 100% linen excluding the embellishments. Italian size 40, equivalent to US Small or 4/6.
