OMG look what I found. Original JNCO 85’s. Skull embroidery. Unaltered 27” waist Lying flat the waist is a 13.5 so these might fit more as a 27” (even though the original size was a 28x30. See photos). With some cotton shrinkage I think these are a little closer to a 27” waist. Lying flat: Leg opening at hem 9.5 Measured inseam at 28.5 Hips 20”
