This deadstock, NWT dress gives so much Y2K nostalgia with its pleated empire waist and iridescent, ruffle detailed skirt. Would be a great holiday party or New Years dress. Top is a stretchy black knit fabric, skirt is an iridescent silvery gray with no stretch. Has tulle at the bottom of the underskirt to give a little more volume. Size: 12 Measurements: Comparing these measurements to a garment that already fits well is a great way to make sure fit will be correct.
