VTG Y2K Betsy & Adam by Jaslene gown, size 8 , comes with original scarf

This dress is in immaculate condition for being 20+ years old. It looks like it was worn once and stored. Beautiful neckline, flattering silhouette, I wish it fit me, I would wear it in a second. There is a small tear in the tulle under the skirt. I’m sure it can be fixed, but not visible when dress is on.
